remembering Nancy Zaugg

Nancy Zaugg passed away August 27, 2025, at the age 78 in Alvin, Texas. She worked as a social worker for the majority of her career. Nancy was a huge lover of cattle dogs, raising two of her own, Nugget and Penny.  

Rescue was very close to Nancy's heart. Her family has asked that in lieu of flowers to please consider making a charitable donation to Texas Cattle Dog Rescue. We are honored to celebrate Nancy's memory and her love of the breed to help other dogs in need.
