Oki is a handsome Blue Heeler who is smart as a whip and he knows to sit, lay down, and shake. He’s eager to please and quick to learn. He is ready to meet the right person to help him reach his full good-boy potential.
Oki is a total lovebug who thrives on attention and companionship, but he’s also perfectly content to snooze the day away in a cozy dog bed. He is also quite a talker—he’ll bark and give you his best “rooo” when he’s got something important to say (which is most of the time). He has a sassy, playful side and would love to play tug-o-war or tackle a treat puzzle.
He has been making excellent progress with training and is already responding well to the “leave it” command. Oki would as your one and only dog or with other well behaved dogs. He is house trained and crate trained (but prefers to be with you). He knows how to use his doggie door like a pro.
We believe he will do his best with someone who can continue his positive reinforcement to help him to continue his growth into a well-mannered, confident companion.

Kristy, 1.5 year old female, Springtown, TX
Kristy is a total sweetheart with all the classic Heeler personality you’d expect. She's intelligent, loyal, active, and still very much in her puppy phase. She’s a high-energy girl who loves to play, explore, and keep herself busy. You will rarely see her without a toy in her mouth, and she thinks every toy was made to be proudly carried around (or destroyed!).
Kristy is potty-trained and loves using the doggy door. She does well on leash and is kennel trained for bedtime or when you’re out of the house, even though the kennel isn’t her favorite place.
She gets along great with other dogs, but could also thrive as an only dog. What matters most to Kristy is being near her people. She is also good with respectful children, as long as they understand that she can be protective of her toys and that she needs space when she’s enjoying them. She isn’t very food motivated, but she takes treats gently and has a sweet, respectful demeanor.

Licorice is a happy, affectionate pup who brightens up every place he goes. He gets along happily with everyone, including dogs, cats, and kids, making him a perfect match for many families. His foster says he’s an easygoing boy who loves to give and receive love.
He’s pretty clever, too! Licorice quickly learned commands like “sit” and “shake,” and he's excited to keep showing off what he can do. He walks nicely on a leash, sleeps peacefully through the night in his crate with no accidents, and loves exploring the backyard during playtime. He’s still working on his house training, but with patience and consistency, he’s making nice progress.
Licorice loves toys, giving kisses, and cuddling with his humans. He’s a sweet, goofy lovebug who might try to grab a stray shoe or sock if you forget to pick it up, yet he’s much more interested in snuggles and play! He’s learning not to jump up when he's excited, and with gentle training, he'll get better at his manners.

Around the house, she’s a calm, happy couch potato who loves to snuggle and be close to her people. Outside, she turns on the speed, agility, and laser-sharp focus Heelers are known for.
She is fully house trained and has had zero accidents since day one in her foster home. Nelly loves car rides and hops into a vehicle like she was born in the back seat. Out in the country, she doesn’t even require a leash—she comes when called instantly and reliably, even with distractions present.
Nelly has strong herding instincts and can be “cowy,” but she is highly responsive and immediately stands down when called. She will stop mid-chase and return right away, showing excellent impulse control and a deep desire to please her people. She’s incredibly smart, attentive, and tuned in to her handler. She gets along wonderfully with her canine foster brothers and has a sweet, affectionate nature that makes her a world-class cuddle bug. Goose is a stunning tri-colored Australian Cattle Dog with a beautifully marked coat, a perfect Bentley spot on his forehead, and picture-perfect perky ears that add to his irresistible charm.
Don’t let his handsome looks distract you from his brains. Goose is sharp, eager, and learning fast. In less than three weeks with his foster family, he mastered both “sit” and “paw.” He’s the very definition of a Velcro pup and lives for snuggles, happiest when he’s right by your side.
Goose has his good-boy house manners, is making progress with crate training, and his leash skills are improving daily. Goose gets along wonderfully with other dogs, has been great with kids (5 years and older) and is as sweet and affectionate as they come.
